This illuminated stair nosing is designed to improve step visibility on commercial staircases by lighting the tread edge and directing light onto the riser below. The light-out layout helps define each step in low-light settings while keeping the stair edge finish clean and consistent.
Made from aluminium with an anodised matt silver finish, it includes a frosted polycarbonate diffuser to soften the output and reduce glare. A PVC-based anti-slip insert supports grip underfoot, and the profile is supplied pre-drilled through the insert with colour-matched pips to keep fixings discreet. It supports LED, CCT, and RGB lighting systems and suits stair areas such as cinemas, theatres, public stairwells, hospitality venues, transport locations, retail spaces, and education buildings.
