This aluminium stair edge profile is designed for staircases where a rounded front edge and steady footing are needed in daily use. The bullnose shape gives a smooth finish at the step front and helps reduce trip points on busy stairs.
Sized at 69 × 40mm, the profile combines a PVC non-slip insert for added grip with a built-in aluminator strip to help step edges stay easier to see when lighting is low. The strip charges under daylight or normal indoor lighting (including fluorescent or filament) and then glows in darker conditions without wiring or a power supply.
